What are your favorite online fitness and nutrition resources?

The internet has change the face of the fitness industry. You can find any and everything you want to know , like – What is HIIT?,  Clean eating recipes, How many calories should I be eating?, IIFYM, What is the best cardio for weight loss?, What are the best exercises to build my upper body?

I visit fitness related sites daily for the newest trends, equipment, recipes, and new/different exercises to throw into my routine. Some of my favorite sites include:

  1. Bodybuilding.com : Workout plans, meal plans, science related articles, recipes, and interviews with the top fitness professionals. 
  2. Fitnessrxwomen: Workouts, recipes, motivation, and videos/articles by fitness models. Check out their magazine as well.
  3. IIFYM: Explains the concept of If It Fits Your Macros (will discuss in a later post), Marco Calculator and Fat Loss Calculators.
  4. MyFitnessPal: Track your eating and exercise, add friends and accomplish your fitness goals as a community.
